You will

• Thoroughly learn and understand our products, services, and administrative procedures quickly.
• Educate, advise, and service customers/members.
• Explore new service, product and operational initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

You should

• Have a Secondary education with customer service and/or clerical experience and skills, or Tertiary education with some service/administrative experiences, either professional, community service, or club.
• Have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and some Putonghua.
• Have a positive, motivated willingness to learn and the discipline to perform.
• Be both disciplined and creative, as well as self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Have good computer and typing skills.
• Be able and willing to work 6-9 hour shifts at least 2 days per week including Sat/Sun. Morning & Evening shifts.
