Company Overview
Job Duties:
- Act as customer interfaces and communication channel for all incoming cases
- Coordinate and support regular job and company events & activities
- Support the on-going service team and new product testing
- Prepare, support and follow up company campaign & project tasks
- Participation in On-the-job training program
- Follow company brand quality standards and procedures
Requirements:
- HKDSE / F.5 or above, or;
- 10-year Frontline service experience
- Independent team player with proactive and willing-to-do attitude
- Interested in Technology field
- Good communication skill, customer service attitude and phone-answering manner
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Flexible working hours and need to stand by anytime
- Creative and curiosity attitude under digital service platform
