Company Overview

Job Duties:

  • Act as customer interfaces and communication channel for all incoming cases
  • Coordinate and support regular job and company events & activities
  • Support the on-going service team and new product testing
  • Prepare, support and follow up company campaign & project tasks
  • Participation in On-the-job training program
  • Follow company brand quality standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / F.5 or above, or;
  • 10-year Frontline service experience
  • Independent team player with proactive and willing-to-do attitude
  • Interested in Technology field
  • Good communication skill, customer service attitude and phone-answering manner
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Flexible working hours and need to stand by anytime
  • Creative and curiosity attitude under digital service platform

Salary:

  • $70 - $100 per hour

Location:

  • Companies as assisgned
