Part-Time Claims Assistant
Job Details
Company Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of marine claims
  • Full maintenance of all files, computer records and any other company records and systems relevant to the Company's Claims function
  • Assist in handling of the financial administration of claims files
  • Collate data from files; provide accurate report on figures under team members' supervision
  • Understand the system and process invoices and documents
  • Handle other duties as assigned by the Claims team

Requirements

  • Holder of a recognized college diploma or above
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English
  • A good command of spoken (Putonghua & Cantonese) and written Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Customer focus, initiative and detail-oriented
