Company Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of marine claims
- Full maintenance of all files, computer records and any other company records and systems relevant to the Company's Claims function
- Assist in handling of the financial administration of claims files
- Collate data from files; provide accurate report on figures under team members' supervision
- Understand the system and process invoices and documents
- Handle other duties as assigned by the Claims team
Requirements
- Holder of a recognized college diploma or above
- An excellent command of spoken and written English
- A good command of spoken (Putonghua & Cantonese) and written Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Customer focus, initiative and detail-oriented
