Company Overview
To cope with the Company expansion plan, we are currently looking for competent and detail-oriented individuals to provide professional and logistics support to the success of our first offshore Global Service Centre (GSC) project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These individuals are expected to work in Hong Kong with the Headquarters Project Manager and the opening team to assist with planning, coordinating and implementing project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- To render end-to-end administrative support to research, data collection and consolidation by preparing project deliverables and compiling progress reports in accordance with the project scope and timeline
- To provide logistics support to a series of event organisation including travel arrangement and scheduling pertaining to the project initiatives
- Assist Project Coordinators in their project coordination duties and provide secretarial support to them as appropriate and assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration or related field of study
- Year 2 or above undergraduates are welcomed to apply
- Proficient using the Web to conduct research, event administration and procurement
- Able to work with minimum supervision and reach targets
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
