ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in general clerical and accounting duties such as filing and data entry
  • Prepare ad-hoc schedules and reports upon request
  • Perform general office administrative support
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess good communication and strong analytical skill 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well organized, fast learner as well as a good team player
  • University students in accounting field are welcomed
  • Work at least 2-3 days per week (exclude Sat and Sun)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
