Company Overview
The Outreach Health Worker will be a member of our Quit Smoking Project for Ethnic Minorities and New Immigrants in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities :
- To liaise with the key community members and networking with the target groups
- To implement outreach activities related to smoking cessation
- To promote smoking cessation services amongst the Ethnic Minorities and New Immigrants
- To work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator
Requirements :
- Form 5 / Form 6 (NSS) or above
- At least two years’ working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and commitment
- Ability to work in teams with tight deadlines and under pressure
- Sensitivity and respect for different cultures and religions
- Ability to work in demanding multicultural environment
- Preferred, spoken and written English, other language particularly Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu. Cantonese language an advantage
- Good PC knowledge of MS Office
- Work Location: Tin Shui Wai
