Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations General Manager in management and development of Social enterprises - Tourism & Hospitality, include,
- Setup and operate the Heritage information center and BNB
- Develop and implement service standards, policies, and operating procedures
- Deal with guests, handle complaints and any abnormal / unexpected incidents
- Define pricing strategy, control budget, prepare financial and service reports
- Work multidisciplinary under vocational rehabilitation model to promote disability employment
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years’ working experience in Hotel management, Hospitality management or related disciplines
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical sense, familiar in local market environment
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills with servant leadership
- Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently
