Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Investment & Financial Services department including equities, mutual finds settlement, withdrawal & transfer, transaction confirmation etc.
• Oversee daily operations and investment products settlement functions including deal matching, day-end procedures, daily financial settlement and CCASS operations etc.
• Support Corporate Action for equity market and fixed income instruments
• Develop procedures and workflows for new products improvement initiatives and systems enhancement
• Ensure operation procedures being in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Participate in evaluating system enhancement, UAT and projects 
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in securities firm with at least 2 years of supervisory experience 
• Familiar with settlement operations for securities, global futures and options and OTC financial products
• Good knowledge in the Exchanges rules and SFC regulations 
• Strong leadership and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
