The 2-year training program aims to develop solid foundation for individuals towards the profession in container terminal operations management. This all-round program consists of industry & company inductions, classroom & practical training on technical and soft skills, and a comprehensive job rotation plan covering all functions of terminal operations, practical corporate projects and mentoring will be offered.

Requirements

We are inviting students of high caliber who possess the following requirements to join our programme:

• University graduate in any discipline (major in logistics, supply chain, operational research, industrial engineering is highly preferred)
• A strong desire to develop a professional career in the logistics industry
• Good team spirit and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
