On-Site Operation Assistant (contract until Jun 2017, 10~12K/month)

Role:

• Promote publicity, build up image and increase awareness of the public towards a clinical registration program

• Perform registration for interested individuals

• Distribute pamphlets to the patients in clinic and souvenirs to eligible registrants who have successfully enrolled

• Decorate and set up booths with pop-up banners, directional signs and posters

Requirements:

• Secondary education level or above

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Have at least 1 year promotion service experiences

• Comply with personal data privacy, confidentiality requirements and appropriate code of conduct

• Candidate with more experience in operation management would be considered as Operation Supervisor

• Recent graduate will be considered
