We are looking for an experienced Staff Relations practitioner to join our team to promote positive culture, engagement and satisfaction for staff and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other teams with passion to co-ordinate, plan and execute caring activities and events, including sports, interests groups, festive, charity and other team building activities;
• Regular office/site visits to communicate with colleagues and share relevant information from the company;
• Promote caring culture, and organize volunteer services and CSR programs;
• Perform engagement-related administrative tasks and ad hoc activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Work, Psychology, Communications or related disciplines;
• Experienced in coordinating company recreational activities and CSR programs;
• Outgoing and cheerful personality; passionate in people-oriented work;
• Good team-player, flexible and able to perform multitasking;
• Proactive and good communications skills.
