Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner on manpower planning and resources allocation
- Act as the communication bridge between Regional offices on HR issues, identifying issues and liaise on solutions
- Network with employees and be able to provide feedback and support on people issues to line managers, including insights and recommendations from employee survey, compensation & benefits trends, learning and people development, etc

Assist in annual budgeting, salary review and bonus process and performance management
- Support the implementation of global HR initiatives such as performance planning, sales incentive programs and career & development planning

Participate and involve in HRIS (Workday) implementation and maintenance

Prepare the monthly report such as headcount report and turnover analysis

Support ad-hoc tasks as required
