• Perform daily operations for social media platforms, websites and digital marketing campaigns
• Manage relevant analytics and optimize various digital campaigns to drive sales
• Conduct market survey on digital products and services offered by other financial institutions
• Support marketing projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Assist to answer customer inquiries via phone, live chat etc. to enhance customer experience with our digital banking products and services
• Degree holder with minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
