Company Overview
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing payroll including salary payment, MPF contributions, bonus and final payments
- Update the personal and C & B data in the HRIS regularly
- Provide support in administering compensation and benefits programs, medical insurance scheme and MPF administration
- Perform routine salary administration and handle enquiries on wages and salaries of employees
- Support performance appraisal exercise for annual salary review
- Compile HR related statistics and reports
- Prepare information/data for compensation surveys
- Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines with min 3 years’ solid experiences in Compensation & Benefit for HK market, preferably in retail industry
- Strong in problem solving with analytical mind
- Fluency in written and spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese
- Well-versed in Hong Kong payroll, HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant, taxation legislations
- Strong command in MS Office
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule and multi-tasks
- With SAP experience preferred
- Contract period from 3 - 6 months
