Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of various training programmes and events including HKIHRM Pay Trend and Training Trend Seminar, mini-conferences, ad-hoc programmes and projects
- Responsible for programme development, promotion and administration
- Conduct research and develop recommendations
- Produce marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers and newsletters
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree holder with 1-2 relevant experience in conducting training, marketing and/or events management
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Highly self-motivated with good attention to details
- A team player with good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure during seasonal period
- Good command of Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
