Company Overview
Job Duties
- Provide support to all Compliance Department assigned matters assigned from time to time
- Assist in preparing and maintaining checklists, questionnaires and reports
- Liaise with business units and back-office functions
- Support preparation of seminars, webinars and presentations
- Monitor and maintaining filing systems (both physical and electronic)
- Conduct research on compliance matters
- Provide administrative and clerical support such as managing executive schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings / conferences and making appointments
- Support ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in compliance, legal or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in compliance / legal function of a sizeable organization or law firm
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with ability to work unsupervised
- Meticulous to details, well organised and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is highly preferred
