Job Responsibilities
- Assist in leasing for company properties
- Handle Tenancy Agreement, Takeover and Handover of premises, Tenancy Administration, and Tenancy Commercial Terms negotiation
- Handle and coordinate renovation and fit out works, takeover / handover of premises, and all the related tenancy matters
- Supervise On-site logistics
- Implement sales initiatives and pricing strategies to capture market opportunities
- Assist in achieving growth and hitting sales targets by working with the sales team and liaising with property agents
- Prepare sales and marketing literatures and legal documents in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Keep track on the market trends and developments in the real estate industry on different investment trends
- Conduct market research on market movement, vacancy, rental trends and analysis for residential project
- Assist in budget planning on rental income, tenancy fitting-out expenses, agency, sales and marketing expenses
Requirements
1) Education & Qualifications
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in leasing of retail properties and marketing and sales of residential properties. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for Assistant Manager grade.
2) Technical Competencies
- Good market research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the real estate market especially in retail and residential sectors
- Real Estate knowledge in sales and marketing
- Good agency management skill
- Good command of written English and Chinese, and spoken English and Mandarin
3) Behavioral Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
