Responsibilities
- Manage all-round office administration, procedures & manuals
- Course material, lectures preparation and student enrollment
- Handling clerical work such as filing, document handling, etc.
- To perform data entry in an accurate and timely manner
- Delivery and distribution of internal documents
- Perform relieving receptionist duties in greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages.
- Formulate an execute company guidelines, procedures, policies in administration
Requirements
- Degree holder of above in any disciplines
- 1 year working experiences is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Enjoy outgoing , persistent and determined, and friendly
- Fresh grads are welcome with on job training provided
