Responsibilities

 

  • Manage all-round office administration, procedures & manuals
  • Course material, lectures preparation and student enrollment
  • Handling clerical work such as filing, document handling, etc.
  • To perform data entry in an accurate and timely manner
  • Delivery and distribution of internal documents
  • Perform relieving receptionist duties in greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages.
  • Formulate an execute company guidelines, procedures, policies in administration

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder of above in any disciplines
  • 1 year working experiences is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Enjoy outgoing , persistent and determined, and friendly
  • Fresh grads are welcome with on job training provided
