Office Administrator - Venture Capital Firm (Up to HK$30k)
This Office Administrator role will take on both office administration and secretarial support, to ensure smooth operation in the office and all meeting/ travel arrangements are well managed.

Description
- Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the senior executives and related team
- Manage travel arrangements including flight, hotel, car bookings
- Handle complex calendars and arrange meetings
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Process expense claims and update related records
- Handle office administration work including office supplies procurement, maintenance/ annual checks of equipment, periodic reporting etc.
- Coordinate with external vendors, building management office and other suppliers
- Support on any hoc assignments as required
Profile
- 2 years of related office working experience as administrator/ secretary
- Ideally from financial services firms
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Strong team player, highly flexible, diligent and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and multi-tasking skills
