Responsibilities:
- Handling customer’s enquiries, orders follow-up & shipment arrangement
- Arrange order and delivery schedule with suppliers
- Renew client’s software maintenance contracts, hardware service and repair contracts, data entry, update and file documents and any other ad hoc duties
- Handle general reception duties, handling phone calls, greeting guest, mailing and courier services and arrange office supplies
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years experiences in office administration
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Mature, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Good computer skill such as excel, word and Chinese word processing
- Immediate is preferred
