Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer’s enquiries, orders follow-up & shipment arrangement
  • Arrange order and delivery schedule with suppliers
  • Renew client’s software maintenance contracts, hardware service and repair contracts, data entry, update and file documents and any other ad hoc duties
  • Handle general reception duties, handling phone calls, greeting guest, mailing and courier services and arrange office supplies

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 years experiences in office administration
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Mature, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Good computer skill such as excel, word and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate is preferred
