Job Responsibilities

Ocean Product

• Establish Ocean Product to major markets : TP, EU, LAM and Oceana
• Promote Ocean Product with MIQ Asia and Agents : FCL, LCL, Buyer Consolidation, Groupage Box

Procurement

• Establish Ocean Carrier strategy
• Establish and manage carrier relationship
• Negotiate and manage carrier contracts
• Support RMT (Rate Management Tool)

Strategic Planning

• Manage allocation strategy to fulfill carrier contracts
• Manage and guide origins to provide booking forecast and follow allocation guidelines given by Overseas Ocean Product team
• Provide market pricing indication to assist sales and business development
• Manage and supervise RFQ/Tender/RFQ Tracking Report

Overseas Agent Promotion

• Liaise with all MIQ offices and overseas agents for rates and business development
• Provide market analysis and updates
• Work closely with the senior management and support on any ad hoc project

Desired Skills and Expertise

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful ocean product development and result
• 5 Years Carrier Management or similar experience
• 5 Years Managerial position
• Degree in Logistics or related subject
