Responsibilities

• To handle Export & Import Documentation (to prepare S/O, AMS, ENS, Invoicing, Pre-alerts etc)
• To follow up shipments and co-ordinate with clients, forwarders and shipping lines
• To check shipping schedules and send to shippers / overseas clients / agents
  

Requirements

• Form 5 graduated or above / DSE
  
• Cooperative, self-motivated, well organized, independent and responsible
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
• 6 years or above solid operations experience in ocean freight forwarder
• 5.5 days work with alternate Saturday
