• Reports to the Corporate IT Director
• Fulfill incidents and requests within defined SLA
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
• Provides support in Desktop and Laptop, Hardware and Software, Windows and MacOS
• Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting UPS / Environmental monitoring systems and other peripherals related to the Data Center
• Experience in design, implementation and supports on global infrastructure projects for servers and network
• Ensures and enforces the hardware and software in accordance to the global approved standards
• Creates and maintains all documentation to include inventory, configuration, procedures and drawings as they relate to the global IT Infrastructure
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and performs vendor management to provide IT support in the region
• Provides training / briefing of new tools to IT team and to users
• Help to enforce or to support global security policies
• Handles ad hoc projects and flexible to work in non-office hours

Are you ready for the opportunity? 

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline; holder of MCP/MCSE/CCNA certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years IT relevant experience in MNC environment in capacity of desktop/systems/network
• Hands-on experience and strong troubleshooting skills in operating systems (MS Windows and MacOS), Networking, router and firewall, VPN, WAN/LAN, Windows patching
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory, File and Print service, VMWare, vSphere, network support, IT operations security, Microsoft Exchange Email Server
• Solid technical experience in managing a network on SAN, Cisco Routers, SSL VPN/ Firewall solution
• Basic knowledge and concept of ITIL framework
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage multiple requests proactively and simultaneously
• Follow through and provide comprehensive updates to both IT team and end users
• Experience in supporting remote offices that without local IT personnel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese with strong communication and problem solving skills; Mandarin is a plus
• Work independent with end users and IT counterparts
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Network or Systems Engineer
