Job Description:

• Participate in system and database support for the existing computer systems including answer hotline enquiry, perform trouble shooting and recover the system when incidents occurred. 
• Provide administrative support, preparation of statistics and returns. Participate in the maintenance support including implementation and upgrades of both hardware and software assets. 
• Conduct configurations of system HW & SW, server virtualisation platform, SAN storage and switch and support various types and stages of testing to be carried out along the course of development work for the new systems. 
• Provide maintenance support to server system architecture. Perform any other IT related tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT
• At least have 4 years in IT Infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in network support, network infrastructure, Internet firewall.
• Solid experience in implementing and supporting cloud-friendly IT infrastructure including PC, networks, LINUX/Windows based server systems, server virtualisation platform, SAN storage and switch etc.
• Experience in implementing and supporting system which is using e-Government Infrastructure Services (EGIS).
• Self-motivated and able to complete job assignments with minimum supervision.
• With strong analytical and communication skills.
