Job duties: 

• Lead the team in providing operational network support.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Serve as the tier 3 escalation point support for complex network issues that require advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
• Establish, execute, and maintain standard processes and procedures to meet Service Level Agreements with internal and external partners and customers.
• Develop and implement network strategies that align with architectural improvements and industry best practices.
• Drive enhancements to existing processes and procedures to address any issues impacting network infrastructure availability, security, or integrity.
• Actively research and explore new tools/technologies to boost team efficiency.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle high-stress situations comfortably.
• Manage the team's utilization effectively

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computing or related discipline
• At least 8 years of progressive network engineering experience with 3 years managerial/team leader experience.
• Expertise Certifications such as CCIE, HCIE is mandatory.
• Working location: HK Airport
