Duties 

To provide technical support and maintenance service for IP-based networking solutions for video conferencing and audio visual systems

To support day-to-day operations, including but not limited to installation, configurations, troubleshooting and help desk support on client’ inquiries

To collaborate with vendors, internal teams and business partners to provide daily support to clients

To attend client meeting to resolve the problems and configuration issues arisen from clients and vendors whenever necessary

Keep abreast of the updated networking technology

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline

2 years or above hands-on working experience with knowledge on Cisco, IP Telephony or Palo Alto Firewalls, enterprise WiFi system, etc.

Certification, CCNA or CCNP in Voice or Routing and Switching is preferred

Experience in data centre network support team is an advantage

Positive attitude, fast learning, energetic, able to perform in a challenging environment

Good team player, strong sense of responsibility, work independently, interpersonal and customer-relations skills

Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Engineer
