Job Description:

• Provide technical support for existing computer systems, including resolving inquiries through a hotline, troubleshooting issues, and restoring system functionality during incidents

• Perform administrative duties such as compiling statistics and preparing reports and returns

• Support the maintenance, upgrade, and implementation of hardware and software systems

• Configure system hardware, software, server virtualization platforms, SAN storage, and switches to ensure optimal performance

• Conduct testing at various phases of system development to verify functionality and reliability

• Maintain and optimize server system architecture for consistent operational support

• Execute additional IT-related tasks assigned by supervisors as needed

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in network support, network infrastructure, and internet firewall management

• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining cloud-compatible IT infrastructure, including PCs, networks, Linux/Windows-based servers, server virtualization platforms, SAN storage, and switches

• Experience in using Bightstor ArcServe and work in Government is a must

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities

• Self-motivated and capable of completing assignments with minimal supervision
