Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be employing our unique Babington teaching method to teach our powerful curriculum.
• You will be accountable for every one of your students and you will track and report on their performance to your centre manager.
• You will be expected to participate in centre events.
• You will be expected to make a positive contribution to the school culture.

What we desire at Babington:

At Babington we seek for people with CHARACTER and PERSONALITY over experience and qualifications. The following offers a guide on what we desire.

• Bachelor's degree OR
• Associate degree/Higher diploma equivalent, with TESOL/TEFL certificates
• Native speaking English teachers with a neutral accent from UK, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa. Candidates who are from other countries but possess a passable accent
  
• Relevant teaching experience or working experiene with children will be advantageous.
• Experience teaching synthetic phonics will be advantageous.
