Overview of the Position:

The ACD is a managerial position and includes daily interactions with the Center Director, school staff, and current and potential students and families. The ACD makes leadership decisions with the school's best interest in mind. The ACD is responsible for creating a nurturing, warm environment where all staff and families feel welcomed.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• energetic, proactive, and self-motivated

• strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• passionate about early education

• at least 2 years of experience in school management or as a Head Teacher

• hold a minimum degree level of a Bachelor of Arts in Education or related field (Master of Arts is preferred)

• have at least 5 years in the education industry

• have a good understanding educational trends and sales experience preferred

• teaching credential or administration certificate is preferred

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Monitoring and growing enrollment including answering enquiries and assisting in enrollment processing

• Monitoring operations and withdrawals to ensure school retains high quality

• Providing high quality tours of our school to prospective families and conducting interviews with potential students

• Providing exceptional customer service and keeping close contact with parents and teachers

• Support marketing events and programs

• Conduct presentations and seminars for families and potential clients

• Ensures the school is kept to standard with classrooms appropriately arranged into inviting, enriched learning centers

• Oversees academic quality in the campus and ensures proper implementation of curriculum and positive behaviour management is followed
