Qualifications:

• Native English/Italian speakers;
• Degree/qualification for teaching. Degree in Science of Primary Education, Science of Education, Pedagogy, and Psychology are most favoured titles;
• Former experience in kindergarten and nursery schools;
• Inter-cultural skills and sensibility;
• Knowledge of the essential principles of pedagogy and didactic;
• Knowledge of operative methodology for the organization of the educational context, the management of the activities and the documentation;
• Knowledge of the “Reggio Children Approach”
