About the Role  

• Prepare weekly / monthly progress reporting and critical path analysis
• Plan and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary to achieve project reporting objectives
• Assist Planning Manager on monitoring tasks not limited to data analysis and assist follow-up with stakeholders
• Responsible for maintaining the Project Management Information System (PMIS) to support report generations

To be successful in this role, you must have:  

• Degree holder in civil or structural engineering
• Preferable minimum 2 years of experience in planning in Hong Kong in civil projects or any other field related with data management
• Demonstrate an understanding of data relationships and data querying
• Good computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office, and digital reporting using Power BI
• Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Assistant Planning Engineer
