• We are looking for ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (HEAD OF GARMENT) – with details as follows :

• Degree holder
  
• 5+ years managerial level in garment merchandising/sales/marketing/business development
  
• Experience in baby wear is a plus
  
• Proficient in English & Mandarin
  
• Report to the Senior Director
• Function as Head of Garment
  
• Lead Merchandising/Sales & Marketing Teams in HK office & Vietnam factory
  
• Manage existing customer accounts, communications and conflict resolution
• Discover customer’s business needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Coordinate and keep track with all activities occurring for each account
• Prepare regular client’s reports and attend client’s meetings
• Analyze, predicate and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop channels for business growth
  
• Build and enhance relationship to retain and grow existing customers
• Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent customer relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline
• Work based in Vietnam with frequent trips to HK & China
