Job description & responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical engineering department efforts
- Assist with the creation of system requirements, technical specifications, and test plans
- Create technical documentation as needed
- Designing and building hardware
- Recommending new hardware designs
- Performing tests of new hardware
- Troubleshooting performance issues
- Ensure hardware and software compatibility
- Mechanical 3D design of components and systems
- Assist in component fabrication and testing
- Other mechanical engineering related tasks as assigned
