As Team Player of the Team and Division to

• To provide instruction support to instructors and staff by designing and conducting seminars, study groups, training, updating professional training manuals to enhance instructional quality in China and Hong Kong
• To work with the headquarter and other offices in China for the research, revision and implementation of the Kumon Mathematics programme
• To conduct regular visits and provide consultations to Kumon centres to ensure the quality of Mathematics Programme in China and Hong Kong
• To study and follow up students’ learning progress, to learn from students and instructors and share best practices within the region
• Perform ad hoc assignment as required

Required Profile

• University graduate with a major in Mathematics / Statistics / Physics OR other disciplines bachelor holder with HKDSE Level 5* or 5** in Mathematics or equivalent
• 1-2 years related work experience, fresh university graduate has enthusiasm for education industry will also be considered
• Proficient in Putonghua and English is a must
• Excellent presentation skills. Candidates experienced in conducting training will have an added advantage
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, detail-minded, reliable and responsible
• Occasional travel is required
