Requirements 

• Degree holder

• At least 1 year relevant experience in Material Planning / Inventory Control / Shipping / Supply Chain / Logistics  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job description

• Prepare and generate monthly report on inventory status, stock analysis and forecasting

• Coordinate with Department to prepare accurate forecasting on material and inventory
• Shipment arrangement with different freight forwarders
• Shipment status tracking and shipping documents gathering
• Place purchase order to source on stock items according to materials planning guideline
• Daily communication via email and telephone with various business partner
