Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree majoring in any disciplines

• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing

Job description

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and proposals

• Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
• Follow up sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products
• Provide clerical support
• Responsible for any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Management
