Requirements

• Degree holder

• Minimum 1 year work experience in any field
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Work independently, self-motivated, proactive, energetic, interested in dealing with people and customer-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide all rounded secretarial and administrative support

• Responsible for assisting the marketing team with marketing programs and marketing-related administrative duties
• Manage diary/meeting arrangements and screen phone calls
• Manage and maintain records and filing system
• Handle sensitive matters and documents with a high level of confidentiality
