About our role
We are now looking for a talented Marketing & Promotions Manager to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role involves heading up a marketing & promotions team to manage the brand marketing activities and communications of Pacific Place. He/she will take the lead in developing and executing marketing strategies for driving awareness and traffic to Pacific Place. Duties include but not limited to managing a small marketing team in coordinating various in-mall events, preparing marketing communication materials, organizing customer promotions, and liaising with tenants and third parties for joint promotions. The job scope would also include working closely with the digital team and the CRM team to roll out different campaigns and projects requiring various teams' group effort.
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:
- University degree, preferably in Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of marketing and promotions experience in advertising, branding, events, sales promotions, partnership, PR and digital marketing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experienced in working with agencies of different scopes such as creative agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies and event production house
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills, will strong marketing sense for assisting in strategic planning
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with all-round marketing experience in the shopping mall or retail complex would be highly preferred
