About our role 

We are now looking for a talented Marketing Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Retail Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for evaluating the marketing performance of our mall and analysing market trends that are impacting our retail mall business in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland markets.


Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate the marketing performance of our malls 
• Analyse the latest market trends which are impacting our retail malls business 
• Manage research data and big data tools 
• Consolidate regular and ad hoc reports to update senior management 
• Maintain centralised marketing database and knowledge resources for retail portfolio 
• Consolidate actionable insights and facilitate Management Offices (MOs) strategic direction 
• Work with internal business units and external parties including agencies and vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics or relevant discipline 
• 3-5 years relevant work experience 
• Solid background in consumer insight. have a strong understanding of quantitative/qualitative research methodologies 
• Understanding of branding and corresponding research methodologies. e.g. Brand Tracking 
• Relevant working experience in retail industry (HK & Chinese Mainland) would be advantageous 
• Experience in handling Marketing & Promotions events is a plus 
• Well versed with Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of database is highly preferable 
• Literacy in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
