Job Responsibilities:
- Lead/support various fundraising campaign, including both monthly and one-off donation projects
- Develop campaign ideas and prepare proposal and budget
- Prepare job brief and work with internal/external partners on implementation of online/offline promotion and relevant materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare evaluation
- Explore new external partners and cost sponsorship
- Regular monitoring and analysis on fundraising market environment
- Support and monitor the implementation of digital marketing activities
Requirements:
- Degree holder with more than 5 years experience, preferably in sales & marketing, experience in a non-profit organization / fundraising is an advantage
- Relevant experience in digital marketing by using Google Adwords, facebook Ads manager etc and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, tag manager
- Strong organization and communication skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- On renewable contract term
