Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns for credit cards to enhance the brand awareness, generate sales leads and drive related product usage
• Drive execution excellence of marketing and advertising campaigns
• Assist in formulating communication strategies for marketing campaigns
• Manage and liaise with creative, media, social media, online & PR agencies and direct deal vendors in formulating media strategy and developing media plan for advertising & marketing campaigns
• Work with internal department, media and social media agencies on media analysis and performance analysis to improve efficiency
• Prepare and monitor marketing, advertising and media expenses
• Responsible for Consumer Engagement and Activations in social media including Facebook, WeChat, YouTube and especially driving O2O
• Perform E2E conversion tracking and Insight-driven data analysis
• Manage and liaise with research house for quantitative and qualitative research

Requirements

• University Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the marketing communication fields with exposure in advertising, experience in finance industry is preferable
• Thorough knowledge and experiences in working with advertising, media, social media and PR agencies
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media advertising is preferable
• Self-motivated with good market sense
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese with transmedia technique
