Responsibilities

The role is mainly focusing on supporting the team of marketing and partnerships of The Club to achieve business targets and KPI.

• Responsible for the daily operation of the redemption catalogue;
• To handle enquiries from internal and external customers;
• Responsible for the end to end partnership handling from reward catalogue management, stock inventory and replenishment to payment settlement;
• Closely work with internal and external customers to manage the reward item portfolio.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related disciplines;
• At least 2-4 years relevant marketing experience;
• Experience in online rewards logistics is preferred;
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work independently;
• Able to meet deadlines and multi-tasking;
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Energetic, creative and good team player.
