Marketing Assistant

Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative work and media communication and write-ups.
  • Assist with online and offline promotional activities.
  • Plan and manage social platforms including Facebook and Instagram, etc
  • Work closely with brand manager on content creation for our brand
  • Communicate with media, mall promotions and collaborators
  • Assist in planning, organizing and implementing marketing tools (such as events, social media platforms, business strategies)
  • Execute projects and assignments of all sorts by brand manager.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous marketing experience, preferably in fashion or jewelry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong understanding of the Digital Media and Fashion Industry.
  • Familiar with Facebook and Instagram
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantage
  • Good communication skills, creative with strong market sense, self-motivated and attentive to detail
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
