• Our customer base is continually growing and spans a wide geographical region including North America, Europe and the Asia pacific region.
• Factories : Guangdong (4000) & Vietnam (1000, expanding)
• We are looking for Manufacturing Engineering & SMT Manager   - with details as follows :

THE JOB :  

• Manage both : (1) SMT Production Department; and (2) Manufacturing Engineering Department.
• Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of Production, achieving the objectives for defined KPIs.
• Early involvement with SMT manufacturing engineering on NPI activities.
• Monitor the equipment maintenance as well as calibration program to fulfill ISO requirements.
• Drive and manage the SMT Continuous Improvement programs in cycle time reduction, indirect material utilization, material attrition and quality yield.
• Tertiary education in manufacturing Engineering.... or related field
• 10 years + experience in SMT Manufacturing preferably managerial position in EMS environment.
• 5 years + experience in SMT process development, equipment maintenance with detail understanding of multiple SMT manufacturing lines.
• Proficient in English or Mandarin
• Experience in PFMEA , PPAP is highly prefer
• 5 days work
• Station China Guangdong
• Company shuttle bus provided between Lo Wu & Guangdong factory
• Accomodation & meals provided
• Hong Kong employment contract
