- Conduct post-approval monitoring to identify potential credit risk and provide professional advice on risk mitigation.
- Assist in formulating and reviewing credit risk management policy and mechanism of the bank with reference to the group and regulatory requirements.
- Foster relationship with stakeholders internally to ensure all the relevant information to be delivered timely and clearly across departments.
- Keep track of market information from regulatory bodies and industry alliances.
- Prepare regulatory management reports and analysis.
- Degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years’ credit risk management experience in retail banking industry.
- Familiar with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Independent, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS office and programming.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Risk Monitoring and Management
