Responsibilities:

• To carry out, monitor in-depth design, technical studies and assessments, and provide expertise in feasibility of assigned projects, initiatives and strategic studies involving traffic, civil and structural aspects
• To procure, manage and monitor consultants and contractors engaged in the planning, design and implementation of assigned redevelopment, rehabilitation and preservation projects
• To prepare and follow up on necessary submission works in relation to design and implementation aspects of assigned projects with the Government and other stakeholders
• To provide expert advice to internal and external parties such as professional bodies, academics and NGOs regarding matters involving traffic, civil and structural aspects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering, Architecture, Surveying or relevant building industry discipline
• Recognised professional qualifications of, e.g. HKIE, HKIA, RIBA, HKIS, RICS, etc. or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ post-qualification work experience or at least 10 years’ post-degree work experience
