Responsibilities:

• To assist in undertaking strategic planning/design works and management for assigned strategic planning and Preliminary Project Feasibility Studies initiatives
• To assist in undertaking strategic and concept design works for assigned redevelopment, revitalization and / or preservation projects
• To monitor consultants’ performance, and manage progress of assigned projects through various stage of planning and implementation
• To coordinate with professional bodies and academic institutions to provide supportive study and research on potential action areas

Requirements:

• Degree holder Architectural discipline
• Recognised professional qualifications e.g. HKIA, RIBA, etc, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience or at least 7 years’ post-degree work experience involving Planning/Urban Design will be an advantage
• Hands on experience to leverage on geospatial analysis and GIS-aid application for urban planning/urban design
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D), Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS PowerPoint presentation and other graphic software is essential. Experience in using more advanced 3-D computer visualization tools including Revit/Rhino will be beneficial
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
