Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to support and implement iOS/Android apps based on our SDK
• Develop iOS and Android reference implementations of new SDK features
• Develop white label IM/VoIP app
• Web SDK support
• SDK customer support --- take ownership of customer issues, ensure proper follow-up and see them through to a resolution in a timely manner
• Ongoing enhancement and support of the SDK demo application [iOS, Android]
• Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, white papers & examples
• Work in irregular working hours when required

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, engineering or relevant prior work experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile software development
• Good leadership, positive attitude, good analytical skill and problem solving skill
• IOS and/or Android application development experience(Objective C, Java)
• Restful web service and JSON
• Enjoy working with customers, dependable, independent, and possess excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work during non-office hours for support as needed
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant manager.
