Responsibilities
Reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager – Capital Works, you will:
- Supervise a team to provide a full spectrum of professional human resources (HR) services to a portfolio of client departments in Capital Works Business Unit
- Partner with line managers to formulate resourcing strategies and plan and manage recruitment activities of responsible client departments to meet overall manpower needs and business objectives
- Champion HR projects / initiatives to drive changes for continuous improvement and resolve complex HR issues
- Maintain good staff relations and facilitate effective staff communication
- Ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance in daily HR operation
- Prepare management reports / analyses and undertake ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation, HR policies, market trend and best practice
- Experience in handling staff grievances and disputes is an advantage
- A self-driven individual with good interpersonal and problem solving skills, and strong sense of ownership, sensitivity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
