Company Overview

Job Responsibilities:

Implement the internal control of the accounts payable and receivable matter;
Manage on YonYou accounting system and maintenance of financial accounting manual;
Cash flow management;
Negotiate with vendors for payment terms and arrangement;
Prepare the monthly accounts, payable/receivable report to Management/parent company;
Communicate with main suppliers to negotiate the payment terms and schedule;
Tax matters of Hong Kong;
Prepare the yearly financial report;
Perform ad-hoc project;
Monitor financial documents to fulfill safety guidelines.

Requirement:

Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent;
Professional qualification in Finance / Accounting;
Minimum 5-7 years accounting experience with at least 3 years managerial level, audit experience is preferable;
Experience on YonYou Finance is definite advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office application;
Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
Work independently under pressure.
